The CLRA Act, 1970

  6. To collect & retain PF and ESIC Contribution history, highlighting the names of the employees employed for the company, as also to collect copies of returns duly filed under each act.
  7. Ensure License being obtained by the contractor employing more than 50 employees under him and RC by Principal Employer deploying contractors under him
  8. Ensure that statutory dues are paid within the due date and ask for paid challan of delayed dues.
  9. Ascertain genuineness of the paid challans so produced through online portals and informing the PE to retain a certain portion of Invoice for any non-compliance on the part of contractor
  10. Principle Employer becomes liable to pay the dues under PF, ESIC, PT and MLWF Act for the employees employed by the contractor for our company, if the contractor is not complying.
